Case Study 1 - 3d simulation training

Challenge:

The US Marines needed training that could be remotely deployed to a hot zone. The sensitive nature of the location prohibited the use of a traditional classroom environment. This training had to be packaged up and delivered without an instructor.

Solution:

A 3d simulation guides the user step by step through the complex process. Highly detailed 3d models are mouse controlled, letting the user turn and explore the objects - just like he would in a class room.

This type of training can be downloaded from a web site, packaged on CD-Roms, or deployed on a USB stick. Best of all, the user can opt to download a companion video to his iPod or iPhone. Portability allows the user to take his training video out to the job site - right where he needs it.
